Rotaract Blue, Cayman Islands, also referred to as "The Blue Crew" or "Blue", began its formation in May 2007 and was later chartered on 9 July 2007. The club is a non-profit community service based program which is a part of a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world. As members, it is an honorable duty to address the physical and social needs of the community while promoting international understanding and peace through a framework of friendship and service.

With a dynamic group of young persons, Rotaract has grown into a strong international network with more than 9,500 Rotaract clubs in about 177 countries. Blue has also become part of 291,006 Rotaract members (world-wide) who addresses their communities' needs while promoting international understanding and peace through a framework of friendship and service. With that said, Rotaract has become a worldwide phenomenon. Rotaract undertakes 3 types of activities in various degrees of Professional Development, Leadership Development and Service projects.

Blue is proudly sponsored by Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Central. While upholding it's motto "Committed to Making a Positive Difference", Blue caters to young people between the ages of 18 and 30. Over 30 young, aspiring, like-minded professionals make up the club's membership.
